Studiul are la baz\u0103 datele colectate \u00een perioada octombrie-noiembrie 2024 prin metoda CAWI \u0219i a fost aplicat pe un e\u0219antion de 446 de responden\u021bi, format din femei \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bi cu v\u00e2rsta cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 21 \u0219i 70 ani, utilizatori de servicii medicale at\u00e2t \u00een sistemul public c\u00e2t \u0219i cel privat. Studiul \u0219i-a propus s\u0103 identifice factorii care influen\u021beaz\u0103 alegerea furnizorilor de servicii medicale, elementele esen\u021biale pentru satisfac\u021bia pacien\u021bilor \u0219i a\u0219tept\u0103rile acestora pentru \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea interac\u021biunilor medicale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u00cen\u021belegerea profund\u0103 a a\u0219tept\u0103rilor \u0219i comportamentelor pacien\u021bilor reprezint\u0103 cheia transform\u0103rii sistemului medical din Rom\u00e2nia. Deasemenea, analizele noastre ne arat\u0103 c\u0103 b\u0103rba\u021bii se reg\u0103sesc \u00eentr-o propor\u021bie semnificativ mai mare \u00een tab\u0103ra nemul\u021bumi\u021bilor dec\u00e2t femeile.<br>\nPrintre problemele cu cel mai mare impact asupra \u00eencrederii \u00een sistemul medical de stat, participan\u021bii la studiu au indicat sentimentul c\u0103 sistemul ar ac\u021biona \u00een interes propriu \u0219i nu al pacientului (38%), problemele legate de infec\u021biile din spitale (19%), dar \u0219i comunicarea inadecvat\u0103 din partea personalului medical (17%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen acest context, 88% dintre responden\u021bi sus\u021bin c\u0103 pentru ei este foarte important\u0103 experien\u021ba pe care o au \u00een calitate de pacient, asociind-o cu importan\u021ba ca nevoile lor s\u0103 fie tratate cu seriozitate (63%) \u0219i cu rezultate bune asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii \u0219i st\u0103rii de bine (60%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O experien\u021b\u0103 pozitiv\u0103 de pacient este definit\u0103 prin siguran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i empatie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform studiului, majoritatea pacien\u021bilor asociaz\u0103 o experien\u021b\u0103 pozitiv\u0103 cu cuvintele \u201eSiguran\u021b\u0103\u201d (36%) \u0219i \u201eEmpatie\u201d (29%). \u00cen schimb, o experien\u021b\u0103 negativ\u0103 este asociat\u0103 cu \u201eNeglijen\u021ba\u201d (41%), \u00een special \u00een r\u00e2ndul adul\u021bilor cu v\u00e2rste \u00eentre 40-49 ani, \u0219i \u201eTimpul lung de a\u0219teptare\u201d (32%), un inconvenient men\u021bionat frecvent de b\u0103rba\u021bi \u0219i tineri \u00eentre 18-24 ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Principalele aspecte care definiesc o experien\u021b\u0103 pozitiv\u0103 pentru pacien\u021bi: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen urma analizei ierarhizate, rezultatele arat\u0103 c\u0103 pentru o experien\u021b\u0103 pozitiv\u0103 ca pacient, cele mai importante aspecte sunt: un plan de tratament clar (77,5 puncte), \u00een\u021belegerea nevoilor pacientului (72,8 puncte), \u0219i o comunicare clar\u0103 (67,2 puncte). La nivelul unit\u0103\u021bii medicale, un mediu curat \u0219i confortabil (86,2 puncte) \u0219i accesul la tehnologie modern\u0103 (70,6 puncte) sunt esen\u021biale. De asemenea, procesul rapid de programare a consulta\u021biilor (85,6 puncte) este un factor cheie din perspectiva administrativ\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Impactul experien\u021bei pacientului asupra loialit\u0103\u021bii<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centreba\u021bi ce ac\u021biuni au \u00eentreprins \u00een urma unei experien\u021be bune, 75% dintre pacien\u021bi au r\u0103mas loiali aceluia\u0219i furnizor de servicii medicale, iar 71% au \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219it experien\u021ba cu prietenii \u0219i familia. \u00cen schimb, \u00een urma unei experien\u021be nepl\u0103cute, 81% au c\u0103utat un alt medic sau unitate medical\u0103.
